- Pain Type (Time loss, financial loss, frustration, etc.)
- Frequency (How often does it occur?)
- Urgency (Is it pressing or mild annoyance?)
- Workarounds (Are they hacking a solution now?)
- Possible Willingness to Pay (High, medium, low?)
